Terms of Service

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

One account per person. Don't share credentials. Don't create accounts for bots or automated systems unless explicitly authorized.

You may not use LazyForms to:

• Collect data in violation of applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
• Collect sensitive data (passwords, SSNs, credit card numbers, health records) without appropriate security measures
• Host or distribute malware, exploit kits, or malicious content
• Abuse the service infrastructure (DDoS, excessive automated requests, scraping)
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Collect data from minors under 13 without parental consent (COPPA)

The free tier is subject to fair use limits. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that generate excessive traffic, abuse the service, or negatively impact other users.

Current soft limits: 1,000 submissions per form per day. If you consistently exceed this, we'll reach out before taking action.

You own your data. Form submissions belong to you. We don't sell, share, or use your submission data for advertising or analytics beyond operating the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service (sending emails, writing to Sheets, forwarding webhooks).

We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or missed submissions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Export your data before closing your account.
